1. Diagnosis
Initial diagnosis may be paid. If we proceed with repair, the fee can be included in the total.
2. Parts
We use available parts of suitable quality. Timings depend on stock. We’ll explain options and warranties clearly.
3. Payment
Payment on completion unless parts require pre‑order. Receipts provided.
4. Warranty
Covers our work and installed parts as shown on your receipt. Physical damage and liquid ingress are not covered.
5. Data
Back‑ups are recommended. We handle devices with care but can’t guarantee data on devices that arrive in a faulty state.
6. Environment
Where possible, we recycle old parts and dispose of batteries responsibly in line with UK guidance.
